Making New Friends

When we say we are making new friends it doesn't always mean having to be making new human friends.

Meeting these animals was so awesomeand they are so gentle and full curiosity never did I feel that I would be harmed walking amongst them. As I walked through the pasture toward them all they did was look at me and then slowly started moving my direction as old friends walking to meet one another.

While walking through one of the barns where all the young colts are kept, I came across this albino colt with the most amazing eyes. There was a instant connection with this guy as though he was looking for a friend to hang out with even though there are other colts in stalls near by they are still separated.

So where was I going with this blog, oh yeah I was talking about making friends. I sometimes find myself just making friends with animals nothing has to be said to impress them only your presence is needed. That’s all they want is to hang out for a bit, everyone should give this a whirl sometime. Slow down and just be present that's all the horses do.
